To get started, schedule a call with a Travel Specialist to discuss your trip. The more we understand your trip priorities, interests, and travel style, the more we can customize your escape.

Each trip is uniquely designed.

Initial Design Fee

A non-refundable fee to continue the planning process.

$199: For Hawaii, Mexico, Caribbean, and Cruise-only.

$350: For a Custom Designed Trip

$500: For a Custom Designed Trip that exceed 13+ Nights or 5+ more travelers.

Planning your Escape

Your Escape Organizer will get started creating a detailed day to day itinerary for your upcoming trip.

Please allow up to 5 days for an initial proposal.

CHANGES

Give us your feedback and we will make any and all changes to your itinerary.

We’re not happy until you’re happy.

BOOK YOUR ESCAPE

Most trips require a 50% Deposit Payment at time of booking. Once payment has been received your Escape Organizer will begin securing all aspects of your escape.

CONFIRMATIONS

Depending on the destination and trip complexity, Confirmations will be sent 2-7 business days following your booking unless notified otherwise.

FINAL PAYMENT

If there are any last-minute changes, no problem. Final payment is due 60 days before departure.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Will be sent approximately 2 weeks before departure.
